James Hoover

CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS & SAFETY MANAGER

James has over 30 years of experience in both general and structural concrete construction. He advises our estimating and project management team on systems and work methods for constructability. He also strategically coordinates project schedules, supervises all construction field and shop personnel, manages heavy equipment purchases and maintenance, oversees our safety program, and is a qualifier for Morrison Engineers’ GC license. In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as boating and fishing along the coast of North Carolina.
