Justin Sheppard

SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT

Justin has over 12 years of construction industry experience and was previously a driller with Morrison Engineers before being promoted to senior superintendent. He leads field crews and coordinates site activities for our geostructural design-build construction projects while adhering to safety requirements and budget, and is known for being well organized and a good mentor to his team. Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with family and playing with his kids.

Most interesting geostructural project so far?

“Sinkhole remediation in Hickory, NC—this was a long, complicated project involving soil nail walls, shotcrete face, and drilling under a major road with heavy traffic. It has been the most interesting and rewarding project so far due to overcoming the unbelievably difficult conditions and limited access, with additional sinkholes opening nearby.”
